HOW TO USE

Add four heaping scoops of MassPhorm with 16-20 oz. of water or any beverages of your choice. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Drink 1 serving daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or mass-gaining requirements.

Tip: Mixing four scoops of MassPhorm with 16-20 oz. of nonfat or low fat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake.
